Step Two: Ideally, start writing your individual assignment at the end of each day (or very early the next day before class). Moving onto Day Three – what were your impressions of the organisational culture analysis frameworks? Are you influenced in your choices by your previous work experience? What insight did you gain from the articles you read for the class? Step Seven: What do you think about the challenges of diversity and inclusion for companies? How has this been brought into sharp relief by COVID-19? What was your experience of working in your group reading your article, and the articles of the other groups? And of the Kahoot quizzes? Was this a useful way to get to know these articles and understand them? Conclusion Make a to-do list/SWOT analysis/Action Plan of how you could improve your ability to lead and/or cope with multicultural teams and diversity in your workplace. It will happen! You might like to put this on your CV/resume – “ability to cope with and be effective in multicultural environments”; “can match competencies to job roles”; “can understand and deal with multicultural differences and conflicts”; “can diagnose organisational culture types and their advantages and disadvantages”; “can match people and their preferences to different organisational cultures”… and think about how you can justify this, with examples from your class experience.
